I want to pay for you to try this out, and if you do this, as a result you will make more money in the long run. This is 100% full proof. I have never ever seen someone fail who does this. And best of all I will pay out of my pocket for you to try it out. So what is it, and how will it benefit you? I’ll get to that…
Now first let me warn you that 99% of the people will say this will not work and just ignore it and tell you not to do this. I hope you are the 1% who don’t listen to the 99% and who see problems in everything, or that you can suspend the negative disbelief and give a fresh look to what I’m going to share with you. Also I have to warn you that you don’t get paid right away, the money comes indirectly. So keep that in mind. What I’m going to share with you worked in the Roman Empire 2000 years ago and it works now. The great news is that most people will not do this, which is great for you, because YOU WILL STAND OUT! Ok, let me explain this technique and how you are going to make way more money once you decide to be the 1% who will implement this.
First let me tell you what one of my many mentors thought me. He said to go trough life with open eyes and observe what people do and notice patterns. Here is something that I observed. I get thanked for various things by thousands of people over the years. I noticed that all the people who are financially broke usually walk up to me to thank me in person or even worse send me an email to thank me. I noticed that the successful people THANK ME IN WRITING and mail it (some of the first group write it on a piece of paper and hand it to save on postage). Now I know some nitpicker is going to disagree and find an exception, but in general I noticed this pattern to be true. This is especially true in the age of email when it easy to send an email thanking someone: DON’T DO IT! Trust me on this one! Even if you thank via email try to follow up in writing (formally). I know 99% will not do it, but try to be the 1% who does. Let them save money on the postage, you can stand out by paying, it’s well worth it!
For example yesterday I deposited a check in the bank from a deal that was a nightmare and a Realtor actually saved the deal. Guess what, I sent the realtor a thank you in writing with a gift included. Why would I do that and how will that make me money? Ok, I’ll get to that part…
I recently met with an investor who was creating his first ever seminar to teach his system to other investors and I helped out, he sent me a thank you card with cookies attached to the card. How will that make him more money? Ok, I’ll get to that part…

This stuff works, and now I’ll explain why, and why you should choose to join the 1% club of people who do this.
Are you seeing a pattern here?
The reason this works is that there is built in reciprocity in all humans. I think we all want to be acknowledged when we do something for another person but it doesn’t happen often. Especially when someone takes the time to do it formally in writing that is huge. And people who get it, appreciate it a great deal and it solidifies the relationship with that person. You are seen different when you do this simple, easy and in-expensive gesture. But most people chose not to do this! Even people who know the power of it will not do it, those people choose to do the easy cheap thing (email) and miss the entire point! And when I teach them not to do it via email at by bootcamp they get upset at me. People love cheap and free things, but cheap and free things don’t work. However when you tell them, they attack you. Ask me how I know. So don’t do the free and cheap. Try what has worked for 2000+ years, and it’s not free.
That fact that most people will never do this is great for you. So when you do it, it will stand out. So why don’t most people do this? Well they think it’s complicated and it takes time. That is not true. I’m very busy and travel and run multiple businesses and manage employees, websites, tools, payments, vendors etc… However I use the formal writing almost daily. On average i spend 3 minutes per day. I have done it from vacation in Hawaii, from cruise ships. You can even do it now from an airplane since most have internet access. Yes, this is formal writing but sent via the internet. I’ll teach you how it works. Again the great thing for you is that most people will not do this.
If I have to do a big chunk at once to multiple people, then I can outsource it to my team member who will do it for me. But that is rare I do 90% of it in person myself and I try to do it each and every day!
